David Leadbetter
David Leadbetter has managed to redefine the essence of a prodigiously effective leader. With more than 17 years’ experience as a top producer and business trailblazer, his forward-looking approach to Risk Management and Risk Solutions has allowed him to form strong interpersonal relationships with symbolic insurer executives. David has lead instrumental nation-wide practices involving international brokerages, honing his ability to create best-in-class, bespoke insurance programs for Avail Risk Management & Consulting. His innovative viewpoint on business leadership has garnered him the Top 35 under 35 From the Business Insurance Magazine of Canada and Top 40 under 40 from Business Leaders in Ontario.
David has presented across North America to some of the top independent insurance and sales organizations, educating CEO’s, leaders, and senior management.
As a 2-time gold medal-winning Canadian martial arts champion, representing Canada on the world stage, David strives to instill perseverance and discipline in those he leads while implementing a lead-with-love management style to foster a structured and nurturing environment.
David has sat on many not-for-profit boards, and that has given birth to the idea behind Avail Risk Management & Consulting; North America’s first insurance-based social enterprise and the only insurance brokerage donating a large percentage of all revenues back into the community.

Paul Lim’s appointment as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Avail Group of Companies comes at a time of exciting expansion within the enterprise. His background in engineering, fused with a profound expertise in strategic management, positions him as a pivotal player in steering the growth trajectory of the group.
Having founded an investment company, Paul's entrepreneurial spirit reflects his strategic foresight and financial prudence, qualities that are instrumental in propelling organizations towards their envisioned goals. His warm camaraderie makes him not only a trusted friend and brother to many but also a valued addition to the executive suite of Avail.
As Avail Group of Companies navigates through a sea of opportunities and challenges, Paul’s leadership is envisioned as the compass directing the collective towards unchartered territories of innovation and success.

Ravi Gade
Ravi Gade is a cybersecurity veteran with over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing software technology solutions to safeguard businesses. His career includes leadership roles at renowned companies like Hewlett-Packard, Blackberry, RBC, TD, and Thomson Reuters.
Ravi is recognized for his strategic acumen, enabling the successful launch of new products and services in cyberspace while enhancing application security. With over a decade of experience in SOC1 and SOC2 audits, he has been instrumental in helping financial institutions meet rigorous security standards.
Ravi's innovative thinking in artificial intelligence and machine learning keeps him on the cutting edge of cybersecurity. He has a remarkable track record of saving millions for corporate tech clients by identifying security risks in applications. His adept problem-solving and decision-making skills have consistently maintained excellent client relations.
Outside of work, Ravi enjoys life in Oakville with his wife, indulging in his passion for cars and staying fit through CrossFit.

With nearly four decades of leadership experience in diverse industries, Michael Rowe brings a wealth of expertise to the table. He has successfully led companies in the Food & Beverage, Advanced Manufacturing, and Non-Profit sectors, demonstrating his versatility and ability to drive organizational success.
Michael's leadership and strong pedigree in Risk Management align seamlessly with Avail's social enterprise and service-based core values. His commitment to excellence and a strategic approach to risk make him a valuable asset to the organization.
Outside of his professional life, Michael enjoys an active lifestyle. He is an avid runner, golfer, and holds the distinction of being a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt, showcasing his dedication to both physical fitness and personal growth.
